Baada ya JAMHURI kuondoka Malinyi wiki mbili zilizopita, Chuwa ameondolewa kituoni hapo na haijafahamika aliko hamishiwa. Katibu Tawala wa Wilaya ya Malinyi, Lameck Lusesa, anayetuhumiwa kuhusika au kuwalinda maofisa wa serikali wanaonyanyasa wananchi huku wakijinufaisha kwa rushwa, anakana tuhuma hizo akisema hana taarifa. "Iweje wewe upate taarifa huko Dar es Salaam mimi nisiwe nazo hapa Malinyi? Hizo ni taarifa za uongo," anasema Lusesa na kuongeza: "Taarifa ya kukamatwa kwa matrekta yakiwa mbugani ninayo na hadi tunavyozungumza, vielelezo viko tayari na tutaanza kuwachukulia hatua wahusika muda wowote."
